At CrossFit Pantheon, our CrossFit Kids classes are designed for children aged 7 to 12 years old and focus on movement, fun and confidence. These sessions introduce fitness in a safe, playful and structured environment, helping kids build healthy habits from an early age.
Each class focuses on:
Basic athletic skills such as running, jumping, throwing and balancing
Age-appropriate bodyweight movements
Coordination, agility and strength development
Teamwork, discipline, and self-confidence
Using games, challenges and simple workouts, kids stay engaged while learning proper movement mechanics and enjoying being active. Our coaches place strong emphasis on safety, positive reinforcement and fun, making sure every child feels supported and included.
CrossFit Kids at Pantheon isn’t about competition, it’s about learning to move well, having fun and growing stronger both physically and mentally.
